Outside of work, he dedicates his time to coaching youth basketball and exploring culinary passions-he is an enthusiastic cook and a devoted coffee connoisseur.

Gregory Neita brings over 40 years of automotive industry experience to the Rick Case VIP Program, having worked with renowned brands including Volvo, Toyota, BMW, and Volkswagen. For the past 11 years and 6 months, Gregory has been dedicated to Volkswagen as a Sales Consultant, sharing his passion and expertise with every client he meets. A true motorsports enthusiast, Gregory enjoys following Formula 1, WRC, and World Cup football, and has even modified and raced cars himself, specializing in Autocross and Rally. Known for his gracious and welcoming approach, he embodies his favorite quote by Francis Bacon: "If a man be gracious and courteous to strangers, it shows he is a citizen of the world, and that his heart is no island cut off from other lands, but a continent that joins them." Gregory speaks English fluently and brings a warm, worldly spirit to every interaction.

Mauricio DeFrancisco is a distinguished VIP Sales Consultant at Rick Case Automotive Group, bringing over a decade of experience helping clients discover their dream vehicles. Known for his deep product knowledge and exceptional customer service, Mauricio was recognized as a top-performing salesperson for 2024 at Rick Case Volkswagen. He expertly manages a portfolio of high-profile clients, offering personalized consultations and exclusive test drive experiences tailored to each individual's needs.

Before his automotive career, Mauricio served as a pilot in the Colombian Air Force, where he honed critical skills such as discipline, decisive thinking under pressure, and technical precision-qualities that continue to shape his professional approach today. Outside of work, Mauricio is passionate about running and weightlifting, activities that support his commitment to health, balance, and personal growth.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Mauricio connects seamlessly with a diverse clientele, providing outstanding service across cultures. Guided by a philosophy rooted in honesty, excellence, and commitment, Mauricio continually raises the standard of service at Rick Case Automotive Group.

Herb Sedler has dedicated nearly 14 years to Rick Case, with 13.5 years specifically focused on the VIP Program. Before his automotive career, Herb gained 25 years of experience in food and beverage management and 11 years with Expo Design Centers, giving him a strong foundation in operations, safety, and customer service. As a VIP Operations lead, he plays a key role in implementing VIP sales processes and building long-lasting client relationships. Herb's dedication has earned him honors such as Rick Case Employee of the Year for Kia and recognition as a board member with the City of Sunrise for three consecutive years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, listening to and playing music, fishing, and watching auto and boat racing. Herb is known for his genuine care for his clients and lives by his motto: "Treat people the way you want to be treated."
