The Cleveland Clinic VIP Auto Service Valet was developed as another Rick Case VIP Benefit for all Cleveland Clinic Caregivers to make it a hassle free way to service and maintain your vehicle routinely without the wait and inconvenience of going to the car dealership. You can select your drop-off time in the morning between 7am-9am, drive to the designated Cleveland Clinic VIP Service Valet parking lot (Click HERE to download direction/map). If the Rick Case Attendant is not there to hand your keys to, then put your keys in the drop-box envelope, tear off the service stub and put the envelope in the onsite drop-box or leave it with the onsite Rick Case Attendant. You will receive a call later that morning from the Rick Case VIP Service Advisor confirming your vehicle is receiving the service requested with pricing and E-payment instructions so your car will be ready when you leave work. When departing the Clinic walk by the Cleveland Clinic Security Guard Office and present your service stub to retrieve the keys for your car parked in the spot you left it that morning.

Unless other arrangements are made with the Rick Case Service Advisor, the Car will be returned to the Cleveland Clinic Valet parking lot by 4pm.

Further if you have not registered your VIP Membership, please do so in order to receive an additional discounts when presenting your Rick Case VIP Rewards Card off your service as well as all the other benefits available. Click Here to register. Fill in all the asked for information below and submit. Your Rick Case VIP Rewards Card will be put in an envelope and left over your visor.

When we pick up your vehicle we will cover and protect your seat, carpet and steering wheel. Before we return your car, we offer to disinfect the interior  designed to work quickly and efficiently.
